Lithko Contracting has hired Summit Concrete to assist in erecting eleven stories of student housing at their SCAD Spring Street (Savannah College of Art and Design) project in Atlanta, GA. It consists of a seven-story parking deck with PT slabs under six stories of slab-on-metal deck residential space, all spread out across 490k square feet.
