Summit Concrete is handling the concrete place and finish work for the Interlock Phase II project with Lithko Contracting. The finished structure will consist of 15 stories of cast-in-place, broken up between nine levels of parking, two retail, four for office space, and a rooftop restaurant for dining with an amazing view of the city skyline.
